We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and clear images of the issue. Eligible cases may be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund, in line with applicable consumer regulations and our verification process.

Fashion items must be unworn, with tags attached, to qualify for return where returns are accepted. Electronics may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms; opened devices may incur restocking fees where permitted by law.

Final sale items, personalised goods, and hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from returns unless faulty.
